BUS LEFT EMPTY HANDED… AFTER HE SAYS SOMEONE SITTING BY HIM GRABBED HIS I-PHONE AND TOOK OFF. NEWS 13 )S COURTNEY ALLEN JOINS US WITH THE VIDEO. COURTNEY. DEAN, THE PEOPLE I SPOKE WITH SAY THIS IS THE LAST A-R-T RIDE… THEY PLAN ON TAKING. A TRIP ON THE A-R-T BUS… 19:45 “I like riding the ART bus but now, I don )t feel safe.” 19:49 …DIDN )T GO ACCORDING TO PLAN. 9:20 “Incredibly disheartening.
