From Her Royal Majesty to Mother Monster.  Rosie Rubin of Rosie Olivia Millinery has created over-the-top fascinators for Kate and Pippa Middleton, Princess Beatrice and Princess Anne’s daughter Zara Tindall But looking forward, she’s got her sights set on Lady Gaga.  The milliner told Elle that she feels “honored” to be able to work with the Duchess of Cambridge, and spends hours re-designing and tweaking bespoke looks, including the teal feathered hat Middleton wore on Anzac Day in April  “It is great fun creating bespoke hats that are wacky, colorful and stand out from the crowd” she told the publication, adding that she loves designing accessories that look like “works of art ”  Though the standout style was the first hat Rubin designed for Kate, she began her relationship with the royals in 2011 after completing the Prince’s Trust Enterprise business course, a program created by Prince Charles to support young entrepreneurs  However, there are certain rules one must follow when outfitting the future queen, and Rubin admitted her “wacky” ideas can sometimes get stifled by royal protocol With a pop star, that wouldn’t be a problem.  Gaga, are you listening?
