when they had this incredible idea a hundred years ago which was essentially a fully immersive experience that's the experience of this lauralouise project manages to convey the sad reality is a Viacom enteric company based in Paris France and we as a creator of Germany so what led obsession this experience was exciting because it was produced for the hundredth anniversary of when Claude Monet donated his painting to France and you're in this museum room this oval room with his huge works and you were looking around like you would with a VR headset and this is in real life the genius of this painting is the color and is touched and the strobes you can see totally different things if you close to it and if you're far from it bringing this into VR was for me and powerful experience in the sense that I wanted to bring the people inside the paintings so we took a lot of pictures of the paintings really close up and we we build a 3d space trying to separate all that The Strokes and just carefully placing them into the 3d space it's a point of view but we don't have in the original painting but we try to be as close of a spirit of real painting so at the beginning yura in the room the room is filled with water the waters goes up you were projected onto the pond and you can see pans are growing you can see the lights changing shifting the seasons are changing it's good money had estudio but it build another one bigger because the painting was were bigger this is the picture I gave to the 3d artist and I just told him I want to be there I think it was ten days after that I put the headset on and it was very very moving for me because it was the first time everybody went back into the studio sent that time to that picture it's a really beautiful experience but music is critical because music is where the first emotions are it's primal I think in a VR headset where you're in your own world without any distractions that's unique and the vive port developer award was really great news when we learned that water lily is one with a world where this award can really help us to touch more people with our project and I hope that will open like new doors and new opportunities inside the museum we add like almost 12,000 visitors it was like a very big success that's really what we want to do which we are to bring this medium to much wider audience if you want to experience Claude Monet what early obsession VR you can just download it on by Thornton five-part infinity you
