Associates. What are federal labor law poster requirements? This is a poster that has been
developed by the federal government and it is the law to post these in the workplace.
It is to be visible to all employees. It will state that this company that you are working
for is an equal opportunity employer. It will be visible to people walking in that this
company possibly when they are interviewing, this company is going to follow the procedures
and the law not to discriminate against age discrimination or discriminate against gender
or ethnicity. So if you are looking for a company that is in compliant with the federal
law and the federal labor laws then this poster should be posted for everyone to see. There
are posters that will be posted for being injured on the job, worker’s compensation.
The whistle blower law, all of these laws and posters will be posted in clear sight
for the employees to understand that their rights are preserved and that they do have
rights as employees to be protected against discrimination.
